Ingredients:
• 1 kg desalted cod;
• 1 head of garlic;
• 2 onions;
• 200 g straw potatoes;
• Parsley to taste;
• 50 g pine nuts;
• 250 ml extra virgin olive oil Lagar H Monovarietal da Safra – Koroneiki;
• Salt and black pepper to taste.

Method of preparation:
1) In a baking dish, place the cod fillets, peeled garlic cloves and onions sliced into half moons.
2) Drizzle with olive oil and bake, in an oven at 180 degrees, for 25 to 30 minutes.
3) Remove from the oven, let it cool and shred the cod into larger pieces.
4) Place it in a container, add the chopped parsley and roasted pine nuts, onion and garlic. Lastly, add the straw potatoes.
5) Season with salt and black pepper, finish with extra virgin olive oil and mix carefully.
