Ingredients
Pasta:
• 2 medium carrots;
• 3 eggs;
• 1/2 cup of Lagar H Blend from Safra;
• 2 cups of wheat;
• 1 cup of sugar;
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Ganache:
• 100 g of semi-sweet chocolate;
•100g of fresh or boxed cream;
• 30ml of Lagar H extra virgin olive oil.
Method of preparation
Pasta:
1) Place the carrots (peeled and chopped), eggs and olive oil in a blender. Beat everything until well mixed.
2) In a separate bowl, place the wheat and sugar. Add the contents of the blender and mix. At the end, add the baking powder and stir everything.
3) Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden.
Ganache:
1) Heat the fresh cream and add it to the chocolate. Mix well to melt the chocolate and form a homogeneous mixture.
2) Add the olive oil and mix everything.
3) Finally, spread the olive oil ganache over the cake, using a spatula or knife.
