Ingredients
• 300g of pine nuts;
• 80 ml of Lagar H Blend extra virgin olive oil from Safra;
• Fleur de sel to taste;
Method of preparation
1) Cook the pine nuts in a pressure cooker until they are very soft.
2) Peel all the pine nuts and place them on a baking tray.
3) Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
4) Remove from the oven and finish with fleur de sel.
