Ingredients
• 100 g of semi-sweet chocolate;
• 100 g fresh cream (or from a box);
• 30 ml Lagar H Monovarietal Arbequina extra virgin olive oil.
Method of preparation
1) Heat the fresh cream and add it to the chocolate. Mix well to melt the chocolate and form a homogeneous mixture.
2) Lastly, add the olive oil and mix everything.
3) Serve the olive oil ganache with cookies or fruit, for example.
