Ingredients
• 100 g of oats;
• 50 g of Brazil nuts;
• 20 g of pumpkin seeds;
• 15 g of sunflower seeds;
• 50 g of cashew nuts;
• 50 g of hazelnuts;
• 50 g of flaxseed;
• 40 g of brown sugar;
• 30 g of honey;
• 40 ml of Lagar H Blend extra virgin olive oil from Safra.

Method of preparation
1) Heat the oven to 180º and toast the Brazil nuts, cashews and hazelnuts until they are golden brown.
2) In the same pan, add the oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, linseed and, lastly, brown sugar, honey and olive oil.
3) Bake in the oven, stirring every 10 minutes until all the granola is loose, golden and crunchy.
4) Remove from the oven and let it cool.
