Orecchiette in tomato sauce

Ingredients

• ½ chopped onion;

• 2 chopped garlic cloves;

• 1 can of peeled tomatoes;

• Basil to taste;

• 80 ml of Lagar H Manzanilla extra virgin olive oil – Limited Edition;

• Salt to taste;

• Black pepper to taste;

• 200g orecchiette cooked al dente.

Method of preparation

1) In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic with the olive oil until golden.

2) Add the crushed peeled tomatoes and cook until reduced.

3) Finish with salt, black pepper and basil to taste.

4) Add the cooked pasta, mix well and place on a plate.

5) Decorate with basil leaves and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.
