Ingredients
• 400g of cooked lentils;
• 50g of pomegranate;
• 50g of goat cheese;
• 5 units of mini onions;
• Coriander to taste;
• 50 ml of Tahiti lemon juice;
• Salt to taste;
• Black pepper to taste;
• 80 ml of Lagar H Blend extra virgin olive oil from Safra.
Performance
8 to 10 servings
Method of preparation
1) Peel the mini onions and cut in half. Grill in a frying pan with olive oil until golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool and remove the petals. Reserve.
2) In a bowl, add the cooked lentils, the mini petaled onions, the goat cheese and the coriander leaves.
3) Finish with lemon juice, pomegranate, salt, black pepper and, finally, olive oil. Mix carefully and serve.
